- General Practice ManagementWe have been struggling since we went live on Epic to get a good understanding of our coders' productivity. Does anyone have any good reports that can show how long the charges sit in the charge review workqueue before the coder reviews and pushes it out? Similarly, anything to show the amount of claims worked by user that we can compare to the number of visits? This continues to be a manual review which is unsustainable. We keep trying to get the reporting team but everything we've been given hasn't really accomplished what we need. Please help! Thank you!
