Could someone share a report comparing the number of recalls generated in a specific month with the number of patients who received a recall and completed their annual exam?

Is there a method to associate an annual exam with a recall if it wasn't originally scheduled from the recall?

When should we expire them? I believe they should remain for a full year, in case the patients do call in so we can schedule from their recall. Does anyone else follow this practice?
